great stay but minor improvements needed

The room with seafront views was cosy and relaxing. Waking up to the sound of waves was peaceful. The staff impressed me with their kindness and professionalism throughout our stay. every meal at the buffet featured abundant choices and high-quality dishes. Swimming in the crystal-clear waters was one of the highlights of our trip.

The pool area could use some updates.

Just back from a lovely time at this hotel! The food was top-notch, always fresh and beautifully presented, with plenty of choice each day. The staff were dead friendly and made us feel right at home. Only downside was the sunbed rush in the mornings, could be a bit mad!

The air conditioning in our room was faulty upon arrival, causing discomfort until it was fixed.

From my arrival, I felt warmly welcomed by the friendly staff. Breakfasts were a delightful experience with a wide selection of options. Don’t miss the bus stop nearby for easy access to Palma and other beautiful areas. Perfect for those who enjoy a balance of relaxation and adventure!

The breakfast selection is simply astounding. fresh pastries, hot eggs cooked to perfection, and delightful juices. The lovely beach access and proximity to charming local attractions enhance the experience. Staff like Patrick truly make you feel at home.

The pool area needs some updates. cracked tiles can be sharp. it would be appreciated if water was complimentary during dinner.

Breakfast seating is entirely indoors, which feels like a missed opportunity considering the beautiful surroundings. The limited options for drinks during dinner were disappointing, as I expected at least one included for half-board guests. Don’t get me started on the queue at the egg station. it never ended during breakfast, which was a bit frustrating. while it has its charm, I left feeling it could take some upgrades to truly shine.

I appreciated the cleanliness and friendly service throughout the hotel, especially the attentive staff who always greeted me with a smile. The balcony offered breathtaking views of the serene bay, making every morning feel like a treat.

More lifts would improve accessibility significantly.

Entertainment was limited, but we had an excellent stay by the pool.
